Schedule time to discuss your workshop goals

Blended Learning Design

To combat a rapidly changing workforce, organizations are asking training teams to shift programs to blended learning designs that meets or exceeds results achieved in traditional settings.

Participate in our Blended Learning Design workshop to learn how to flip the classroom to best learn how to adopt and apply blended learning approaches.

Blended learning entails more than simply incorporating disconnected elements into an existing educational curriculum. Similar to the intentional design process utilized for conventional classroom activities, every element of a blended approach necessitates the same level of attention.

Learn to incorporate a mix of delivery methodologies in your blended design address the needs of your learners and your business. With your team, work on the use-case throughout the course. As the program proceeds you’ll adapt your own training program to a blended format.

Why you should bring this program to your team:

  • Apply evidence-based practices for selecting and using the appropriate mix of learning modalities and technologies to design effective blended solutions.
  • Design a complete blended learning program using the Learning Rebels process.
  • Receive templates and resources that are immediately applicable to any content being created.

Microlearning Creation

Today's modern workforce has grown up with knowledge at their fingertips, and the need for structured training is diminishing. This rapid learning demand requires L&D to become more flexible and sharply focused on delivering short bursts of right-sized scaffolded support. It's the smart L&D practitioner who will take advantage of microlearning to disrupt learning in their organizations.

Since 2018, Learning Rebels has been training companies to use the process of “content deconstruction and reconstruction.” Learn how to take your macro content such as onboarding, leadership development or sales enablement, and create supporting microlearning content to bring learning directly into the hands of your people.
Why you should bring this program to your team:

  • Quickly and efficiently create learning content that provides performance support and learning reinforcement to create learning that sticks.
  • Use the Learning Rebels model of content deconstruction to develop bite-sized learning programs that are effective and applicable.
  • Use the 3D model to determine if your microlearning content is fit for purpose, and addresses organizational need.

Advanced Facilitation Skills

Want to level up your team's facilitation skills? Look no further.

This training course covers the entire cycle of live and virtual events. This includes the planning and preparing stage, managing the learning environment, and engaging participants in the classroom.

During this process, we’ll connect the dots and cover the science behind learning. How adults learn, and how and when to implement modernized training techniques. This covers the importance of a positive classroom environment, providing a psychologically safe environment, and how well-structured materials all affect learning outcomes.

At the end of the program, you will be prepared to demonstrate your leveled-up techniques in a skills training practice where you will receive feedback and guidance from peers and our expert facilitator.
Why you should bring this program to your team:

  • Level up your skills through the phases of the training cycle.
  • Leave with the knowledge and skills to become a participant-focused facilitator in any environment, both in person and online.
  • Demonstrate your new skills and receive personalized, actionable feedback.

Facilitation Skills for Non-trainers

You have subject matter experts that know their stuff, but don’t know quite the best way to share this knowledge and expertise. If you have people in this position, this program is for you. This workshop is specifically designed for people who do not regularly teach others in a classroom environment. This program will help your subject matter experts discover their strengths and fill facilitation gaps. Such as managing difficult participants, debriefing exercises, and strengthen questioning and listening skills.

During this process, we’ll help SME’s connect the dots and cover the basic science behind learning. How adults learn, and how and when to implement training engagement techniques. This covers the importance of a positive classroom environment, providing a psychologically safe environment, and how well-structured materials all affect learning outcomes.

Why you should bring this workshop to the team

  • Help your SME’s find their strength and build confidence to speak to and teach other adults.
  • Leave with exercises that can fit into most training situations to build engagement and the exchange of learning and ideas.
  • Gain the ability to handle a wide range of classroom challenges.
  • Learn to place the learning emphasis on the participants rather than themselves.

Creating Vibrant Learning Communities

Building communities may sound “fluffy”, but we know that workplace communities can be the secret sauce that takes your organization from good to great.

We spend so much of our lives at work and yet, so many people dread going to the office, feeling disconnected and unfulfilled. What if we could create learning focused communities where people feel a sense of belonging, camaraderie, and purpose?

In this workshop, we'll explore what it means to build and maintain a thriving workplace community. We'll talk about the benefits of creating a culture that prioritizes community, such as increased engagement, retention, and innovation. We'll also dive into practical strategies for fostering communication, collaboration, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace.

Why you should bring this workshop to the team:

  • Develop a strategy for fostering a culture of community in the workplace.
  • Develop techniques for strengthening community communication and collaboration to create a more vibrant and engaged learning environment
  • Develop and implement a plan for building and sustaining a workplace community, including setting goals, measuring progress, and adapting strategies as needed.
