30 Day Brainstorm Challenge – Day 19: Just Stuff

It’s day 19 of our 30 Day Brainstorm Challenge – Just Stuff

Here I am in another hotel this week, this time in downtown Chicago and just like any city, it has its stuff…

Good stuff and bad stuff. It’s cold here in the winter, but beautiful in the spring, hopping with activity in the summer, and glorious in its color during the fall. Good stuff and bad stuff – just stuff. We all have “stuff” and most importantly our participants have their stuff. Good stuff, and stuff that gets in the way of success. Stuff that makes them not want to participate in your well thought out and designed compliance course. Stuff that makes them avoid your emails asking about pre-work assignments.

Perhaps it’s time to flip the script? [ctt title=”We need to do more and take into consideration the ‘stuff’ that surrounds people when creating learning objects for the end-users” tweet=”We need to do more and take into consideration the ‘stuff’ that surrounds people when creating learning objects for the end-users. via @stipton” coverup=”e7jaq”]. This video explains my aha moment. Enjoy (hang around for the last minute if you want a WOW moment!)
