Workplace learning communities present fertile ground for learning professionals looking to support learning, performance, and growth. In the work done with the Emerging Stronger Initiative with Laura Overton and Michelle Ockers, the importance of workplace communities has continually bubbled up. All this led to a Cultivating Workplace Communities Tool developed for our publishing partner Go1.
