What is an action learning circle? An action learning circle or set is a structured group process where participants work together to solve real problems that are happening in the organization. Participants reflect on their experiences and learn from each other through this process. Typically, the class is broken into small groups that meet regularly to discuss and tackle the assigned challenge and share insights. This is accomplished through questioning, listening, and collaborative problem-solving, where participants develop ideas and practical skills, making the learning experience dynamic and directly applicable to their work.
