Interesting post! I’ve been working on a change leadership program. That is divided into two parts. The foundational skills that I am proposing in this program include: storytelling, curating, sharing (WOL type, talking about your work). I think these are key skills to have in order to be able to capitalize on the information and connections you make through working in a social collaborative way. Which is what will allow you to become more resilient to change, as you will have a network to support you.
Sounds fascinating. I think you would appreciate Julian Stodd’s “Social Leadership Handbook” (if you haven’t already) there are wonderful lessons there that you may want to think about incorporating.
